Hi there! Hope everyone is doing Great. We here in the studio are ready for Halloween, Our little guy is superman this year. And we are on count down till we have Thanksgiving break as we are going to go see My son and his wife. Working on planning out that drive. Flying during the holidays is just way to expensive. But that will be a very good fun week. And for Christmas my son-in-law gets to come home on leave from the Army!! Very excited for those holidays.

While some of our holiday prep has been on grapevine wreaths. we have also decided to do some grapevine crosses makes more use of some of those vines that aren't flexible enough to make a wreath. ( yes we know we really need to take more pictures.)

In time for Christmas we have a client who brought us three great quilts that we are currently working on. They will be such great memory quilts for her son and daughter. they included everything from when they were babies up to their high school graduation gowns. It is a challenge to make all of that really cohesive but we believe that we have a great start on that. All of the baby blankets that the customer brought are turning into the back of the quilt and then it looks like everything else will be making the top of the quilt so it should be really nice.

During this last weekend an old client spoke with us and is having us do another quilt. We are so excited to do another one for her. The memories she has us putting into her blankets have endearing stories that go with it all and we get to hear some of them and it really makes you feel connected to the blanket. It allows us to really personalize the quilts more so than if we didn't get to talk with clients.

Well I had better get off the computer and go get to work on those quilts that are calling to me to be worked on. I pray that everyone has a great week and give us a call if you need any T-shirt or Memory quilts made.
